US:USPS Priority, UPS Express 


International:

USPS First Class (regular) : 1-3 weeks for delivery, estimated shipping time will vary according to countries and location.

UPS (express): 2-5 days for delivery, estimated shipping time will vary according to countries and location.

DHL (express): 2-5 days for delivery, estimated shipping time will vary according to countries and location.

 

 


Free shipping offer (REGULAR) 

US: we offer Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more anywhere in the US.


International: we are sorry but we are currently not offering free shipping for international orders.

 

 

Order Processing time

We try our best to process orders within 1-3 days, but when there are high volumes, it could take up to 5-7 days to process. 

 


Delivery time-frame 

US: after order process (6-8 days), please expect 2-3 business days for shipping, depends on your choice of shipping method. 

International: after order process (21-25 days), please expect 1-3 weeks for shipping lead-time, estimated shipping time will vary according to countries and location.


Business Days: Monday-Friday. Does not include public holidays and the weekends in the United States. 



Shipping Rates

US: shipping rates vary depending on the method selected and the weight of the order. To calculate the exact cost of shipping for your order, place the items you'd like to order in your shopping cart, and at the bottom of the cart page, the shipping rates are calculated each time an item or quantity is added.

Return & Exchange policy- US

Majority of items (see below) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are in the original condition that they were received in. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees. All returns/exchanges must contain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number please contact info@smglobalshop.com with your desired return or exchange details.

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges being sent to us, we will cover the postage when we send out the new products.

 


The following items are exceptions to our return/exchange policy:

Custom orders and products cannot be returned/exchanged due to the personalized nature of the item.

Pre-order items cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged once pre-order sales close.

Limited Edition/Collaboration items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

Return & Exchange policy- International

In case of overseas delivery, we only offer order cancellation if products are different with your order or broken on the delivery. (Return and exchange are not acceptable.) In this case, contact us through Q&A board or email to info@smglobalshop.com to proceed further.

 

*Cases as below are not acceptable for reasonable order cancellation.

1. Order cancellation caused by customer’s mind change

2. Delayed contact to customer center regarding reasonable order cancellation

3. Damage or breakage caused by customer’s carelessness

4. Fall-off in value of goods due to opened or damaged packing by a customer (CD/DVD/Books/Photos etc.)

5. You are able to exchange only when if it's faulty product. Refund is not available for change of mind and scratched packaging material.

Tracking Information 


An e-mail will be sent to notifying you when your order has been shipped and it will contain all tracking information. If your tracking number has the character “UM” then it’s not 100% trackable. However, we can assure you that your package is still in transit. The Tracking URL will inform you once the package is delivered.


Please keep in mind that sometimes tracking can be misleading.  The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional center near your address.  This is common when packages are bulk processed by the USPS, FedEx or UPS.  The first package scan may not happen until it is successfully delivered to your residence.  So, if your tracking is not updating as expected don't panic.


Missing Package status Delivered: 

• Please verify your shipping address associated with the order.

• If the address is correct, look for a notice of attempted delivery by your mail carrier.

• Please look around the delivery location for your package and ask any family members or housemates if it is possible they received the package on your behalf and did not tell you.

• If you're comfortable, reach out to your neighbors to see if the package was delivered accidentally to their address.

• It may also be helpful to contact your local post office responsible for the delivery to see if they are holding the parcel for any reason or if there have been any reported delivery delays in your area.


Package never arrived 

SM Global Shop is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. Feel free to put additional notes on the order. 

If you suspect that your package has either been lost/stolen after it was delivered, please contact your local post offices and see if they have the package for pickup. It is common for USPS to keep packages if they do not fit in the mailbox or if there is no secure location for delivery.

Unfortunately, we only have access to as much information that is available on the tracking page. The carrier is responsible for any lost mail and we cannot issue any refunds on lost packages The most we can do is file a case. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regard.


Address changes

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website, though. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be canceled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens.

2018 Postal Holidays: No Mail is processed during national and Postal Holidays. Please factor this into the delivery time when estimating arrival.
